The President of the Oklahoma City NAACP Garland Pruitt and C.J. Webber of the Neal Center for Justice hold a candlelight vigil for Nolan Wells, a young man who was killed on vacation on Horn Island off of the Mississippi Gulf Coast on July 4, 2026. Nolan was 18 years old. Organizers are calling for a full investigation as the parents and attorney Benjamin Crump continue to examine his death.
